Hundred-year-old woman grows horn in forehead . The horn began growing on the left side of the forehead of Zhang Ruifang last year. Now it measures 5-6 centimeters long but the elderly woman feels no pain in the horn.

Andy Aaron is designer who creates unique antique-styled calculators. He creates only a few of such devices per year and every of them is unique in its own way. He says that his calculating machines could fit in some office from th 19th century or before.

Those calculating machines are powered by electricity but they are done with the parts that could be available in 19th century. One of them reminds me on ancient Chinese calculating machine called Abacus. Find more on author site .

We have already seen a plenty of different body paintings but those are special and unique in their own way. Here you can find a few of bird-like body paintings that are really well done.

There you can find a few of female faces that are painted like birds. I just wonder why this is not so common practice between girls when they make-up. I have seen a lot of sad efforts of make-up so I believe this could be best solution for some of them who want to cover whole face, to paint themselves like chicks, parrots and other birds. That would make them more attractive, I guess.
