Hundred-year-old woman grows horn in forehead . The horn began growing on the left side of the forehead of Zhang Ruifang last year. Now it measures 5-6 centimeters long but the elderly woman feels no pain in the horn.

Found out yesterday that the horn is made of keratin, like your fingernails. Unfortunately the base is usually a skin cancer that this grows on top of.

A Noun is correct; just a build-up of keratin, but the skin cancer is usually benign. Just kinda freaky.
yea.. id say photoshop too. I dont know, but it seems as if the for the horn and the the pictue of the lady dont have the same pixelation or something.
seems like a tumor that was never taken care of… the skin darkened with the years!!! and grew into the shape of a horn. Or she may be a demon/devil…hahahah

For those wondering its a skin disorder, layers of tough skin build up to form the horn,similiar to warts. Definatly not bone like animal horns and not photoshopped.
That looks like skin cancer to me and I see signs of it on other parts of her face.

u are wrong actually I encountered the same odd that I saw here in our country and the professional doctors said that kind of horn thing that grows in the forehead is kind of a disease or a syndrome, as far as I know they have an explanation regarding to that medical condition.
a horn ,so what ! many others do have horns and to spare in their way of thinking.
The horns can grow from a certain type of wart that comes from a virus (a pretty common one that only causes problems in people with weakened immune systems).
If you’ve seen the so-called “tree man” who looks like he is growing roots all over his body, it’s the same thing.
Brain is wonderful too. So go get one and learn how to type something other than “photoshop” under photographs. All kinds of astonishing things happen around the world, whether good or bad. This outgrowth is one of them and it’s rather sad. People like you need to wake up from the adolescent repeat-each-other’s-declarations behaviour, start thinking with your brain cells and notice some reality, at least around yourself!
It’s too bad she doesn’t have another horn on the opposite side. The symmetry would be mad cool.
In photo one the horn points up. In photo two the horn points down. The photo still looks cool.

Yes, it’s odd. Yes, it’s a little creepy. But no, she’s not a demon. It’s likely a highly-developed carcinoma; she really needs to get it cut off.
In Africa she will be called a witch, but this could be abnormal growth like a tumor and can be cut off medically, she is a celebrity and a case study for the scientist of our time.

In the first photo the horn is attached to the head with a smooth transition of pinkish skin. In the second and, particularly, the third photo there’s black outline around where the horn is attached to the skin, so that it looks glued on.
Differences point to well-done, but inconsistent (between photos) Photoshop manipulation (coming from a professional retoucher with 16 years of experience).

No shes not a demon, idiots would jump to conclusion or try to make funny remarks, but this is pretty strange, would be cool if they look into it and explain why she has it growing.
Each photo is taken from a different perspective. Each. There’s a pinkish, a whiteish, a blackish and all kindish kinds of skin that serve as a transition between the forehead and the horn. It is very consistent and it’s not photoshoped. And what kind of photoshop specialist with 16 years of experience would want to waste their time doing this? I mean, this is not Angelina Jolie or anything, it’s not like they’re going to make mountains of money with this. Guys, this is for real, people get ill.
What did she do in her 100 year life to get that horn????
