  2. pandar says:

i enjoy that they blur out his eyes. as if it would be difficult to recognize someone with 31 digits hahaha.

  3. Rishi says:

Lol, exactly what I was thinking, Pandar!

  4. Scar says:

My God If he gets those three fingers separated He’d have just enough to play with N64 controllers!

  5. Justyn says:

Am I the Only One That Is Counting 30 All Together?

  6. Scar says:

@ justyn maybe that “bump” on his Right hands thumb counts as a Finger?
if not I’m just counting 30 as well.

  7. JK says:

Look at the thumb where his digits are fused. They are counting that as another extra also… Which makes sense because he has another finger coming out of an already existing finger.

  8. jacko says:

No wonder he’s chinese. With all the crap they put in their toys and dump in their rivers, I’m surprised he doesn’t have 2 heads and 5 legs

  9. meme1 says:

Split those fingers and he’ll be like Jimi Hedrix on the quitar

  10. nursemygreed says:

Is anyone else wondering how he’ll wear shoes?

  11. Tyler says:

    bet he’s a hell of a swimmer!

  12. BrandonG says:

Why did they blur out his eyes? Look at his hands everyone is gonna know anyways

  13. Paul says:

Uhm, I’m only counting 30. Are they counting that little bone spur on the pinky (or is that a thumb) on his right hand?

  14. Mandy says:

I’m also only counting 30… I wouldn’t think that bone spur on one of his hands counts? Granted having 30 digits instead of 31 isn’t much better, you still can’t play “this little piggy went to the market” without making up more lines for it. And toe socks are OUT.

  15. ielle says:

I wonder if he has corresponding tendons for each digit so that he can move them all?

  16. gabe b says:

    I bet he swims good

  17. Josey says:

He is evolving people, this proves evolution it fact !

  18. Matt says:

The need to count again. He’s only got 30. Geeze, trying to make us think that’s unusual.

  19. Valerie says:

The pinky is a thumb and it is included as a finger, as he grows it would be more apparent. (had a friend who had a similar “spur” coming from her pinky finger as a child and yes… they classed it as an extra finger and removed it). Look closely at the x-ray. They’re gonna have to remove them right from the base in the hands so sounds like complex surgery. He’s also had a lot of teasing from class mates so why don’t you just put your two cent’s worth in and add to it.

  20. jake says:

imagine going to the nail salon to get a pedicure he might have to pay double lol

  21. Ben says:

I saw the last photo of him and thought “West-si-eede”

  22. Ada says:

@Scar um, i think not. count the toes more carefully. you’ll see that you might have counted wrong. count slowly . i counted 30 first, but i got 31 the second time.

  23. Trini says:

Very interesting. Could you imagine him on a piano? I can. Cool.

  24. Rachel says:

    He must have excellent balance.

  25. Chelsi says:

I agree with all of you haha, excellent swimmer, great on piano. this could be very good evolution right there! 😀
its 30 toes and fingers, unless you count that ‘hardly a finger’ bump on his thumb -_-

  26. Siru says:

    Staggered evolution?

  27. Trae says:

I was once a Supervisor for a man that had 2 individual thumbs on each hand. Out of curiosity I had asked him if he could move them as individuals and he showed me that he can. So just throwing this out there and if this boy does get the fingers separated he will be one hell of a typist or pianist.

  28. No Thumbs says:

    Rock Paper Scissors!!!

  29. gary says:

@Josey no this is an example of mutation, not evolution, dumbass. Why is this planet full of devolved dumbasses?
